Please find attached the floorplan where you can see where your stand is located.
Where do I send my Show Guide Entry too?
Please fill in the Show Guide Entry form before the deadline and it will go through to inpublishing.
Do you have a ticket link and is it free?
Yes, the ticket link is free. The ticket link can be found on the web banner and social banner pages, if they aren't the correct sizes we can resize them for you. If you can't find it please contact katy.halls@futurenet.com who will set you up a unique link. The unique ticket link can track how many people register with your free ticket link.
How many physical tickets can I have?
There is no limit on how many physical tickets you can have.
When can we build our stand at the show?
If you have a space only stand you can access the hall from Thursday 27 June from 8am till 6pm. If you have a shell scheme you can access the hall from Friday 28 June 8am till 8pm.
When can we breakdown our stand?
If you have a space only and shell scheme you can break your stand down on Sunday 30 June from 5pm to 9pm. Space only have access on Monday from 8am to 12pm. Please note all shell scheme exhibits and stand fittings must be removed from the hall by 21:00 on Sunday 30 June 2024.
I want to change the name of my stand
Contact your Account Manager and tell them what you would like your stand name to be called. We will then make sure it is listed on the website and Show Guide.
