Plan your day at the Southern Homebuilding & Renovating Show

Planning your day in advance will ensure you have the best experience possible at the show. With over 180 exhibitors split between the Surrey Hall and Esher Hall, there's lots to explore!

You can find plenty of sandwiches, tea, coffee, cold drinks and snacks in the Esher Hall on the Lower Ground.

We can't wait to welcome you back to Sandown Park Racecourse.

How to get there by...


From London, take the A3 and follow the brown venue signs to Sandown Park. Exit A3 on to the A307 and continue to follow the brown venue signs. Alternatively, from the M25, exit at Junction 10 and follow the A3 towards London then exit onto the A307 and follow the brown venue signs.

If using a Sat Nav, please enter 'Portsmouth Road' rather than the Sandown Park postcode - this will bring you to our main car park which is just off the A307 (Esher High Street) and is directly in front of the main entrance.

For electric car users, there are four Polar "fast charge" points in operation in the main car park.

All parking is free at Sandown Park Racecourse.


Esher rail station is just a 10 minute flat walk from the main entrance.

On a non-raceday, visitors should turn left out of the station onto Station Road and then right at the T- junction to join the A307 Portsmouth Road. The entrance to Sandown Park is on the right hand side.

Please note that Esher rail station is located outside of Zones 1-6 and that Oyster Cards are not valid when travelling to Esher. A paper ticket must be purchased in advance of travelling. Please check for travel disruptions along your route before travelling.


There is a taxi rank at Esher rail station.


London airports Heathrow and Gatwick are approximately 12 and 25 miles away by road respectively.
