Benjamin Allen Bespoke Homes is a family run business established by Allen and Michele Dawson, who have over 35 years experience in the self-build industry constructing self-build timber frame and masonry construction homes in the South East for a variety of clients. Our customers range from self-builders seeking their dream home to developers who are fast seeing the benefits of using timber frame as their preferred construction method. The company takes pride in providing high quality homes at reasonable prices.

At Benjamin Allen Bespoke Homes we take the time to listen to our clients and to provide a package of materials and services which suit their needs. Our self-build timber frame homes are assembled on site by our own frame erectors and skilled craftsmen ensuring our structures are of an excellent quality.

We provide our customers with a unique one-stop shop service, not only for co-ordinating the manufacture and delivery of the timber frame structure, but also the supply of windows, external doors, insulation, plasterboard, stairs, internal door sets, architrave, skirtings and finishings.

We offer a full turnkey build, fixed price contract service to clients building their own home.

You can either select from our range of standard house styles, encompassing everything from compact bungalows to generously proportioned family homes, or alternatively we will be happy to provide you with a unique bespoke design service to assist in developing your own architectural drawings for your dream home. If of course you already have plans drawn up of your own then we will be happy to provide a quotation based on these.
